Process principle
A dense oxide film (AlO:) is formed on the aluminum surface through electrolysis. Advantages:
Corrosion resistance: significantly improves the corrosion resistance of aluminum, suitable for outdoor or humid environments.
Abrasion resistance: the oxide film has high hardness (up to HV 200-300), which prolongs the service life.
Decorative: a variety of colors can be obtained through dyeing (such as black, gold, red, etc.)Insulation: The oxide film has good insulation properties (needs to be sealed). Typical applications: electronic product housings, building curtain walls, and automotive parts.

Powder coating

Process principle
The powder coating is sprayed on the aluminum surface through electrostatic adsorption and cured at high temperature. Advantages:
Various colors: matte, glossy, metallic texture and other effects can be customized
No solvent pollution: environmentally friendly process, no VOC emissions.
Scratch resistance: coating thickness can reach 60-120um, high mechanical strength.
Low cost: suitable for mass production. Typical applications: architectural aluminum profiles, furniture, outdoor facilities.

Advantages: Excellent decorative effect: Achieve high-value effects such as mirror and metallic luster.

Anti-corrosion: The metal coating isolates the aluminum substrate from the external environment.
